It’s Election Day and Rihanna has informed President Trump via her attorney that he better stop playing her music!

The Bajan superstar sent a legal warning shot to #45 about using her music at his “tragic” political rallies. Rih was alerted via Twitter by Washington Post reporter, Philip Rucker, that “Don’t Stop The Music” was a hit at Trump’s Chattanooga stop.

Rihanna was not with the sh!ts…

“As you are or should be aware, Ms. Fenty has not provided her consent to Mr. Trump to use her music,” Rihanna’s attorney Jordan Siev wrote in his “cease and desist” letter to the White House. “Such use is therefore improper.”

Rihanna is not the only artist to send a cease and desist letter to Trump. Just last week, Pharrell Williams was not very “Happy” his song was being played at Trump rallies either and issued the same. Guns N’ Roses also requested that the Trump campaign stop playing their music.

According to NYTimes, “In recent years, BMI and ASCAP have written exemptions into these contracts giving musicians the right to stop a politician from using their songs.”
