A few weeks ago I came up with the idea of hosting an event for listeners of my hit podcast IN MY HEAD. On August 7th I will bring my very real, very raw, very relatable weekly podcast to life, as I share my uncensored introspection with a few of my voyeuristic listeners and loyal supporters to the first installment of “IN MY HEAD – The Live Experience” at Caribbean-owned restaurant, Savvy Bistro in Brooklyn.
“IN MY HEAD – The Live Experience” was totally sold out within an hour of ticket release – three weeks prior to the event! The event will feature live audio and visual recordings, one-on-one interviews, and audience talkback on various life topics ranging from breaking generational trauma, the psychological relationship with ourselves and others, and even, surviving STDs (Sexually Transmitted Debts)!

IN MY HEAD podcast is rooted in my passion to promote physical, interpersonal, financial, sexual health and mental wellness that specifically speaks to an audience of African- American, Caribbean-American and Caribbean listeners. I address taboo subjects and give a face and voice to sensitive issues, silently and shamefully fought by many.
