UPDATE: Since the recording of this episode, the trial against the driver who caused the accident, Yanelin Del Vall Tovar, 37, has resulted in her being found guilty of failing to drive in a single lane. Florida’s Judge Phoebee Francois sentenced her to 1 year suspended driver’s license, 120 hours in a trauma unit, hospital or non-profit, and a $1090 fine. RIP KENDI.
