Judaline Cassidy, Trinidadian plumber was recently featured on CNN's Champions for Change. She is the founder of Lean In Women In Trades, and Tools and Tiaras.

Judaline Cassidy is a Trini plumber who is encouraging girls through her “Tools and Tiaras” organization, to pursue trade skills as a career option.

Recently featured by CNN as one of their Champions for Change, Cassidy is determined to break the stereotypes surrounding women in male dominated construction trade careers.

Trini Female Plumber, Judaline Cassidy Featured on CNN

Judaline Cassidy founded Lean In Women In Trades to help tradeswomen share information and learn from each other, and the non-profit organization, Tools & Tiaras, to expose, inspire, and mentor young girls and women about trades that are “non-traditional” for women.

Through Tools & Tiaras, Cassidy is able to runs camps, monthly workshops and mentoring programs that introduce girls to construction trades like plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
